At my previous agency, Sensis, I led UX for clients like SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union and the Center for Elders’ Independence—improving complex content structures and user journeys through research, IA, and end-to-end design. I was trusted to manage projects independently, present to stakeholders, and drive design decisions from discovery to delivery. I'm equally comfortable working in startup environments, adapting quickly and collaborating cross-functionally to move fast without losing clarity.
